It looks like those pal/gal/peel mods are something more than just the Aragorn mod...

The Aragorn logic is just
A22out = A21in & A22in
A21out = (A22in & !A15in) + A21in
A15out = ...

For those with low-end programmers unable to program the PEEL or GAL18V10 chips, i've succeeded in converting the files to the more common GAL16V8 chip Cool
