Short update: GM82C765B replacement chip has arrived (from Ebay instead of AliExpress), exchanged the broken one and everything works. Yay. Very Happy

Since I'm out of ideas I'm trying to replace the floppy controller, just ordered a GM82C765B replacement chip. It's available pretty cheap from Aliexpress, but will probably take ages to arrive.

It's plain vanilla out-of-the-box SVN ucon64, no patch required. Ucon64 falls back to SPP mode, I'm not sure if pi-parport supports ECP or EPP y ...
