Add 64mb support to comcable11 to dump 64mb genesis games?

When the dump is set to auto it detects the proper 64mb header.
I tried dumping a 64mb rom last night but it only gets to 50%/32mb/4MB


comcable11 can dump 40mb roms now. I would guess there is bank
switching once the rom is 40mb or larger.

When i looked at the dumper asm for comcable11 I see the code
For the all the supported roms sizes .
Id guess some one good with asm could look at the 40mb section as an example and
Add 64mb support.


I want to play a very special game on my psp emulator.......the nomad screen is terrible...
