Hi, everyone I just joined, I just bought the SWC with 24MB and BIOS 2.8CC, I have a problem on games. Become 3 file .smc (rom 3mb) split file to 1mb and so everything is right, when I copy them to floppy 3 third floppy I do not require I press confirms the game starts but then crashes, I can not understand where I'm wrong, can you help?

maybe try splitting files smaller? Never owned the older swc 2.8CC but here is compatibility swc list

First there was the bios 2.6cc, then days ago I upgraded to version 2.8cc, the ROM is Jikkyou World Soccer 2 - Fighting Eleven (J).smc (3MB), it is possible with this?

Do you mean it doesn't ask for the 3rd floppy?

In that case, it sounds like a problem with the splitting not setting the correct header bits for the split files.

Yes, in fact the sound has a problem, but then how do you split the roms 3mb? i use SWCTOOL.....

You could try also this:

See the command line parameters:
-s
and
--ssize=

It can also be necessary to first convert your ROM files from other formats (before splitting) with this parameter:
--swc
