Edited- found the answer to my question.

if anyone is wondering, the Doctor GB Card 64m takes a CR2025 solder-type battery. The + tab is facing 6:00, the - tab is facing 3:00 if looking directly at the PCB. I sourced a standard solder-tab battery (+ lead at 9:00, - at 3:00). I was able to bend + 90 degrees and make it fit.
