Does the Gamestation needs anything special to run games on CD other than roms in GDSF7 format?
Also, does it needs to have a particular cd rom drive to work?. I ask because the one I got doesn't seem to have the original drive like others I've seen in pics and vids over the net.
And lastly, I read somewhere the discs need to be burned in a specific way, is this true?
thanks for any info, and this is what I have with the 44X drive.

Your best bet for recording the games to CD is to use GDSF7 format, 8+3 file names, non-joilet (8.3 file convention) ISO9660 recording setting without long file names (LFNs).
As with Doctor V64, various CDROM drives have shipped with these units. There will be a lot of photos of units with the same CDROM bezel but earlier/later units will have different ones. _________________ -RTS- |
