Is it possible to build an adapter for the N64 which makes that the games have a higher resolution and a special filter so that they don't look so bad like on a real N64.
Just like a emulator does only on a real N64

Sadly no. It's up to the game what resolution it plays at, some games may have higher preformance when you use an Expansion Pak but there is no way to do what you're looking for without redesigning the GPU.
