Hello everybody !!
it's seems that DreamWriter for PCE-PRO is not compatible with Windows XP.
I have test on two PCs, with Windows XP and I don't succes to make it run correctly.
Then I test on Windows 2000 and everything was ok !!
Have you some solution ?? will you modified DreamWriter for working with XP ?
I'm a little worry, because PCE-PRO cost some money and I can use it !!!
Thanks for your answer !!
PS: sorry for my poor english but I'm french |

Have you set your printer port to EPP mode from bios setup. Mainly is this problem. Please check.
And yes, it can run on xp for sure. |

Thanks for this quick answer.
And my answer is no, my printer port was set to ECP as I saw this setting in a post of the topic about PCE-PRO
I will test this evening and tell you if it works !! |
