in the "SUPER-FLASH 64M Card kit with case for SNEX (76$)", the "SUPER T CONNECTOR for SUPER-FLASH CARD" and/or the "CIC-161 Chip (Japan) for SUPER-FLASH 64M Card" is included? or not ?
