| I sent an email to the support email here, but haven't received anything. Are the blue DSP adapters tested prior to ship? When I plug my DSP adapter in place of the grey, I can't even get the SF7 menu to come up. Works fine with the regular adapter, though. Thanks! |

Yes, I tested by myself before ship. It is working for me.
Can you test more and can you check DSP adaptor contact pins ?
Maybe it is bad contact. If it is dirty, please clean it up and test again.

| It turns out the blue adapter didn't fit right with my US SNES like the grey ones have. A little re-seating and shimming the Doctor on top of the SNES fixed the problem. I really need to track down a reasonably priced SFC in good condition. |
