Now I am not talking about DSP, Super FX, SA-1, ect. I am talking games tha you cannot get to work on your SF7? I havent come into many, but

I've played that game before, it worked OK for me on my SF7.

If you can, check if you have a good copy (not hacked or something), and convert it with ucon64.

I haven't run into anything that it can't run (special chips excluded, of course), once I started using ucon64 for format conversion. (had some occasional problems before that, though)

Sometimes I think I'm beating a dead horse, but...are you using an external power supply for the SF7? You need one.
