i can get a par (pro action replay) to work with the super flash.
my test game earth worm jim will load just by its self in the snes directly.
it will work with the game genie directly.
but for it to work with the par i have to use the t-connector with a snes game(i use smash tv) in the back of it. i wounder why?? some how the snes does not see something(cic-161 chip?) with the par in 1st.

snes pro action replay tips when using it with tototeks super flash cart.
insert the tototek T-connector with its switch in the up position into the top of the
pro action replay. then connect any a real snes cart to the back of the tototek
t-connector. then plug in your super flash cart on top of the tototek t-connector.
(i have tried many other ways it seems you have to have the tototek
t-connector. i tried to use a game in the back of the pro action play and i tried a game genie instead of the tototek t-connector with no luck)
1st turn the snes on with the pro action play switch in the ON/UP position.
then start/select the game you want to play.
(if you have more than one game flashed thats ok they will all work with the pro action replay.)
2nd when the games starts put the pro action replays switch in the down/trainer mode.
then rest the snes.
3rd enter your code and start the game. then put the pro action replay switch back in the ON/UP position.
pro action replay switch positions
(Up=Codes on
Middle=Codes off
Down=Trainer on) |

Thanks for your hints.
Have you tried putting the SuperFlash on top of the PAR and a "native" SNES cartridge (matching your console region) into the connector on the back of the PAR? That should work, too.
I have a PAR2 here, will test this with my setup. |
