I just got my SWCDX2 and disk dual. I have a few questions about the cdrom attachment. I have put in it a DVDROM drive in, but it doesnt work. My questions are:

1. does any cdrom/dvdrom drive with the correct pins work? Do i need a old cdrom drive or would the dvdrom drive I put in work.

2. What type of cdr media do i use? I heard that i need 650mb/64min cdr's. Is this true, or would 700mb media work?

3. What program do I use to burn the cd-r's and how do I burn them? I heard things about mode 1 and whatnot, but I have no clue what that means.

Please don't tell me to use the search button. I have searched this site and many others for the past few days with not 1 detailed responce to this question. The only things I have found is the questions I asked above. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
