Which Earthworm Jim ? I think it has many different Earthworm Jim, right ? Or only has one ?

Please note that uCON and uCON64 are two entirely different programs. uCON64 was originally based on uCON, but there is little (if any) uCON code in uCON64.
BTW you don't have to split the file if you are the lucky owner of a PC that has a parallel port which is compatible with the GDSF7. You can send a file to the GDSF7 with the following command:
ucon64 -xgd3 sf24Ear
Some people have more luck if uCON64 uses the GDSF6 protocol. Perhaps the same applies to you. Then use the following command:
ucon64 -xgd6 sf24Ear

Is it ok now ? I've Japan Earthworm_Jim tested. It is ok. I don't have US version. I think it also ok.
