|
|
Having an uber wierd issue with a new pf2x - when i plug it into any video output device via the super famicom i have flickering video on the screen...
its color / but flickers all over the place (like interferance or something)...
when plugging a japanese cart right into thet super famicom i am using i get no video problems - it only occurs when i plug the pf2x into the system...
i'm sure i have the right power supply going into the pf2x (floppy drive works and loads games - it even holds them in memory like it should do...) and the self test gives me OK's all the way - weird eh?
Anyone got any suggestions?

Have you tried it with a European or American Super Nintendo instead? _________________ The Mad Gears must pay! |

Have you tried cleaning all the connections on the SFC and GDSF7? After a few years of my copiers being put away in storage for a few years I had some video problems as well. I used a universal system cleaning kit and then everything worked fine. I use a SFC system and NTSC TV and GDSF7 NTSC. |

Have you tried cleaning all the connections on the SFC and PFX2? After a few years of my copiers being put away in storage for a few years I had some video problems as well. I used a universal system cleaning kit and then everything worked fine for all my copiers. I use a SFC system and NTSC TV, SPFQ, PFX, PFXT2 64M, DPF, GP2+, SWC DX3295 and many others. They all worked fine after that.
Also using to weak of a power supply omn the SFC system can cause issues. |

just in case anyone else has this problem -
its fixed now and the issue was the super famicom's power supply was not giving the copier enuff power - once i got a better power adaptor for the sfc the problem went away...
