hello!

I know I posted this in the support forum allready, but maybe it gets noticed by more people in this forum.
(got no answer in 2 days, and iīm eager to play!)

I just canīt figure out how to get my gdsf7 to work.
After i put in a pal cic i am really corious about getting this device to work.
Here are some issues i had:

- if i plugg in the ac adaptor for the floppy drive (i use a snes
ac adaptor - 9.4 V ; 1.3 A) the menu freezes and it says "Disk Error (WNC)"
- the floppy led does not even flicker
- if i donīt plugg the ac adaptor for the floppy, i can go through the menu,
but i canīt use the floppy drive then (of course not)
- if i do a selftest, it shows me a different amount of ram each time i check
(sometimes 32M or even 40M, which is not even possible - i got 64M installed, at least i ordered 64M )

the only thing it does correct at this point is loading a game from a original cartridge, whit the ac adaptor not connected

please help me out!

Edit: I also connected a different floppy drive to the gdsf7, but it gives me exactly the same error messages.
And I canīt have put the pal cic in the wrong way, if i did the menu wouldnīt even show, would it?

I wouldn't use a SNES power supply. I nearly damaged my SF6 with it. You need DC not AC. You have to use an universal power supply.

Look here:
http://www.pollin.de/shop/shop.php
Type "universal netzteil". The one for 10€ fits.

Maybe you already damaged your SF7. But i don't think so, Game Doctors are build like tanks.
