Use thumbnails!!!

These multicarts are really quite different (much simpler) than a flashable flash cart. Also one of the MVS PCB scan sites has a bunch of them up.

And yup, the flash they use is both really hard to purchase and really hard to program. They are usually 1 gigabit and supposedly recycled from pachinko machines, otherwise the cost would be prohibitive.

Sorry for the big images, now I have replace them with links.

Is there a way to program the 150 in 1 flash roms without desolder them ?

Nope, they must be desoldered because the CPLD chips do not connect to all of the flash signals.

Those chips are actually much easier to desolder than many think, though. You just need a hot air desoldering station and it would come out in seconds. I got one for about $100 or $125US or something like that a year ago. Great unit....it's some generic Chinese model, but you can find them on eBay for about the same price, last I checked.

Now, getting a reader and writer for them is a whole other story.
