Could somebody list what copiers use batteries that could leak and cause damage to the pcb? I know that the magic drive and super wild card units use ni-cd batteries but what about the rest, super magic griffin, ccl copiers, mgd2 etc?

Bung units don't have batteries and the Magic Super Griffin doesn't have any sort of battery backed RAM since no PCE games save to the HuCard. Most CCL have them. Gamars, Sane Ting, UFO, HiSpeed all do IIRC.
