Hi,

could you please advise on the situation with the above order(200712120932) as it has been over 5 days since i sent payment Transaction ID: 2GJ04315SA374603B (i have also sent emils to confirm payment) and the shipping status has not changed nor have i received any emails of any kind, sorry to pester but these are my first orders,
