Hello, I haven't been here for awhile...
I have to use Game Genie codes to bypass the region protection in Contra HardCorps (J). This worked perfectly, and I was happy, until I played the other games on my cart. The six other games (wow, that's like my record!) showed the red screen of death which looks like a checksum error, or simply showed a black screen and nothing happened. One game was playable for a little while until I encountered a random crash.
This leads me to believe that the cheat codes in Contra affected the following games. I know that each game has worked before. Therefore their checksums should be correct.
Is there some way to fix this? |

| I've tried cheats in a few more games, and it seems that uncheated games that are farther down the list in the game selection menu get screwed when games with cheats are higher. Suck. |
