I was just wondering if anyone knows if this cf to floppy adapter would work with a doctor sf7. I am thinking about buying one of these.

I've also looked into this, and kyuusaku is right. The floppy-based adapters require special device drivers that simply do not exist for the SF7. Now, if you develop a new BIOS for the SF7, you could add support for such devices, but the amount of work that such a thing would require makes it not worthwhile. Such effort would be better spent developing a new compact flash adapter for the SF7's parallel port.

That's a neat video and all, but it pales in comparison to the GDSF6 or GDSF7 linked to your PC with the parallel port. All I have to do on my windows PC is select the game as if I were using an emulator and it will send it to my GDSF7 in much less time than a floppy transfer. You'd be better off emulating the CDROM addon through a CF card.
