Interesting...
What are the specs of the A500 included in the deal? And is the 1084 included as well?
Also, have you ever used the device via the pass-through connector of another device (such as an A570)? Just curious if there'd be any interference. |

Ah, for some reason I thought the A590 had a passthrough. No big deal as I have an accelerator for my A500 at home that has a passthrough. I already have two 1084 monitors but they're both NTSC - a PAL monitor would be nice so I can finally watch all those demos that won't display properly on my NTSC systems |

You may have a hard time selling that on here unless someone is purely interested in it for collecting purposes...but seeing that it is homemade, that is pretty doubtful. If someone wants flashcards for GB/GG/PCE, they are readily available for much cheaper. A cool bit of history, though. |

I am pretty interested in it for collectable purposes, but yea, like you said, there are much cheaper alternatives. I am also wondering being in the USA, what would be an appropriate power supply for the Amiga 500. 600+50 euro shipped translates to $842 USD. Not exactly chump change.... |

You could always trying a Google search for "Amiga 500 power supply." |

They also pop up on eBay frequently, and some shops like Amigakit or Vesalia may still have them, too. |

I'd like to know the names of these flashcards, especially for the GG, since I've never ever seen one. |

All GG games over 32K have a "special chip" in them, there is nothing special about Robocop, other than the fact that the "special chip" might be a discrete chip and not integrated into the ROM. |

You're on Tototek and you've "never ever" seen a GG flash card? I'm convinced this forum is largely idiots who would rather ask questions than spend the time to look for anything. They sell them ON THIS SITE. If you used a search engine or looked around on here, you might find other flash cards too. But it's probably easier to ask for someone to post a link you can click on, eh? |
