I found nice thread about FRAM.

I used FRAM FM1808 SOP IC & 74LS00.

Tested with Super Pro Fighter Q+ & GDSF 6, it seems to be working.

I will make for Super Magic Drive, MGD1 MD & SFC I/O in near future.

Yes, no batteries.

I made for Double Pro Fighter & Magic Drive Plus

If someone make pcb, It is very easy to install.
