Since I'm currently looking into selling my SWC DX2 64M with zipdrive I checked out the original box that it shipped with today.
Inside, I found a carefully packaged small chip that I'd never noticed before that apparently had been sent whith the unit from FFE. The chip has "ST10198P" printed on it.
Anyone know what it is? |

How many pins? It's probably a PAL CIC clone to replace an internal NTSC one. |

Thanks. Good to know if anyone in Europe wants to buy the SWC and use it on a PAL SNES. |
