Judging by the pictures, it looks like some kind of SNES Cartridge dumper. I'm guessing as there are no PCE internals, that the HuCard slot isn't actually connected to anything, and something else is inside it (see the 3rd pic). You see it says SFC Cart Front on the board, as well as HongKong version. If it's not SFC then maybe it's just regular FC.
Really I can't imagine it could be anything other than a cartridge dumper. Something that would be useless to anyone without the software and the ancient PC it used. But I guess it might look neat on a shelf. |

Yea, i thought something similar. Maybe a SFC dumper modified to dump HuCards now. |

That makes sense, perhaps the connector for a ribbon is alternative connection to the cartridge slot. |
