Yes, it's called the Game Action Replay (not to be confused with the cheat devices by Datel) They're hard to find and expensive, though.

Wow, never even knew something like that existed for the NES. Famicom is another story though

The Game Action Replay isn't necessary to me
The device allowing to do savestate in any game for NES/Famicom is necessary for me
Found meanwhile only Bung Game Master 6M but it unfortunately I can not find in sale anywhere.
Can be there are similar devices?
