1. CCL CDROM + interface + Pro Fighter set (or FX-64 clone as previously shown in the forum)
1400-1500 USD depending on condition

Top offer will be paid for item MINT in box,
but naturally a little less for item with no box and manual,
yellowing, scratches, other issues...

Payment by PayPal.
I will cover all PayPal fees and express shipping with tracking.

I will also give 100 USD "finders fee" to the first person pointing me to a seller who decides to sell to me.

Wow, where'd you find those other rare items you were looking for? It took over 3 years to finally find someone selling a Bung MultiXchanger...

I seems like this is one very elusive device. Did anyone ever get pictures of video of one?

That's pretty cool. It's a shame all the CD-ROM devices for these old machines are so rare & expensive.

Definitely not worth it unless you had plans to clone it and make up for the investment.

Got 1400+ USD ready if someone has a unit to offer and it will come to a good home Smile

Those machines are very hard to find and DoctorBackup could be right about only 1000 units being manufactured.
I only know of 3 persons owning one and the guy who posted this video actually owns 2. It's even harder to get a working full set: FX64/Turbo 6.4 + CD-Rom adapter + CD-ROM.
I posted about the CCL CD-Rom some time ago in this forum. The owner kindly provided a pic of the CD-Rom interface.

There are a few reasons why these devices can mostly be found in Thailand as well as some other rare copiers.
Back then Thailand didn't have an official status as a videogame market such as US, Europe or Japan although VG has always been very popular here.
Most products were parallel imports and heavily taxed, which made them even harder to get considering the average income.
No surprise then that piracy got so big.
Back in 94, when most gamers around the world were shifting from 16 bit to next gen (Jaguar, 3DO, Saturn, PS), Thailand was still very much active in the 16 bit market up to 96. I have some local magazines dating from late 96 with big ads for copiers.

Most of the local distributors selling copiers were CCL "official" distributors and kept the market dynamic enough for them to develop new firmwares/accessories.
No coincidence for the obvious 3DO look of the CCL CD-Rom...

As for the rest of the real official videogame material in Thailand: consoles, games, arcade machines...everything was sold through a company named Galaxy which happened to have their building 5 minutes away from the first place I moved in Bangkok back in 2002.
If you noticed a few months ago lots of new old stock of Asian MD2 popping up on ebay, that's exactly were they came from Wink
