Does the Neo2sd let you play GBA games from SD? HOw is GBA game compatibility? Can it save more than one game battery backup?

Yes it can play GBA roms from and SD card, not micro SD or SDHC. It can't play the 2 big games mentioned, and it does not have an RTC so games like pokemon need to be patched. It automatically backs up your save files to the SD card when switching from 1 game to another. I haven't had any issues playing a game, other than what has already been mentioned.
