hey im kind of new to the old school back up units, so i though you guys could help, and i have spent endless hours searching via giigle for help.

i have the game batman return of the joker for the snes, i have used ucon64 to convert it for use with the game doctor fs 6, i load it via floppy, run the game, and theres nothing just a plain black screen, i have played this game on snes9x and it works fine.

Please if you find the time to help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

I take it you mean Batman - Revenge of the Joker ?

This game has an error in its internal info block that causes some conversion glitches. This may be some cheap form of protection.

It is a LoRom game that has its ROM info block
at 0xffc0 and the info block incorrectly lists it as HiRom.
It masquerades as a HiRom game but it isn't.

To get it to run you need to add the "-nhi" parameter to ucon64 on all operations. I might first convert to -swc, then split. -nhi should be use on both operations.
