I have a few questions concerning the shipping of items. I'm guessing your company is based in the UK. i cnat seem to find any information concerning location, so.....
1)Form the UK to the US Do you have any idea what the customs rate might be?
2)The mail service offered, can items be shipped via this method to a US post office box?
3)As far as the Japan site dose that mean you have a Japanese distribution location?
a)If so is it possible to pick up there?
4)I'm a US service member in Japan if I order from them will the order be in country therefore no customs fee?
I'm sorry for so many questions but being a business man I'm sure you can see and have experienced the problems and frustration that arise while shipping. |
