Does anyone know if modding a GameCube with a modchip like Xeno GC 2.0 or Viper Extreme Gamecube chip will affect play of the GBA player?

Is there anyone here with a Xeno GC 2.0 or Viper Extreme Gamecube chip? I would like to send my Gamecube to someone who has one of these and get it installed.

I would go for one that can play both PAL 50hz/NTSC 60hz.
But then again, I like import games and systems.

Can the SMS-PRO cart be used to play sg-1000 and sg-3000 games?
I've read a lot of stuff that suggests that they can, but I wonder if there is any software that would allow a sg-1000 game to be flash ...
