|
|
Hi Everybody,
I have a PCE PRO 32M.
It is working fine but I have a problem flashing the cart of different PC's
I can only get it running on 1 PC in the house which is WINXP
I have setup an old laptop with WINXP and the exact same image as on the desktop PC.
I install the 1.4 software and upgrade to 1.5 Dreamwriter
Every time I try to select a game to add to the game menu I get the error
"Not Enough Space to Fix this game"
This is in a message box.
I have plenty of space on the laptop as its a fresh install with no other programs at all.
I also get the same error on a Windows XP Virtual image I tried to get working also.
Can you assist with this error as I cannot find any solution on the internet.
Thank you.

Is your ROM file marked as Read-Only or on a CD or DVD disc? |

No. All files reside on my PC hard drive.
I use the exact same installation and rom files copied from one computer to the next and get the error on 3 PC's. Only 1 PC works out of 4 |

Looks like its my Parallel port. It only supports ECP, PS/2 and AT
No EPP
I played with different settings but could not get it to work.
My desktop has EPP but is running WIN7 64-bit.
Tomy,
Is there any progress on a 64-bit version of Dreamwriter? They should start looking into this as a lot of OS's are heading that direction. |
