Hi guys, I'm having some trouble backing up SRAMs on my HiRom cartridges. My programmer is V4, sold in Feb. 2011, and I have no trouble backing up SRAMs from LoRom cartridges and using them with emulators. I have tried both the Super Flasher utility and ucon64, and neither produce readable files. In the sticky post on this board, Tomy says a new software is required to backup SRAMs from HiRom cartridges, but he doesn't say which one. Does anybody have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I can confirm this software worked for me. I got ride of the NT port error by putting in the same directory as the SNESFlash software and was able to backup and upload SRAM correctly and confirmed the dump with an hex editor. Now I wonder if there's any reason why the regular flash application was not just updated but I'm not complaining as it is working properly.

Thanks, Tomy!

It works for me too. Tested the save files with an emulator.

As near as I can tell, this is an update to Super Flasher, as it seems to include all of its functionality.

I'm having problems with the "upload saver" function. I upload the save in my pc to the flashcard, and the resulting save is a "new game", no saves at all. I've tested the saves, they work on emulators.

Detail: I'm using a virtual machine (vmware with windows xp). Backup save function from both flashcard and original carts works fine, programming the flashcard and dump original carts works too.
