I've been seeing them popup on eBay lately.

Most are priced absurdly, but there have been some deals.
I saw an SWC-3201 go for $40 this week.

Prices are what I paid for them. Perhaps I overpaid in some cases, collecting is not always a rational hobby I guess...

But I have lowered the prices since then, so check the eBay links for the latest prices, and all listings allow you to make an offer.
