Did you order your cart with a CIC-161 chip? Have you tried using different versions of the software to see if you get the same results?

The cart requires a cic-161. If you didn't order one then you'll need to desolder one off an actual snes cart and solder it onto the flash cart. Maybe then it will work for you.

If you use the T-Connector you have to use a NTSC/PAL game cart in the side (depending on your regio)

I you don't like to use the T-Connector, desolder the CIC from a gamecart of your regio and solder it on to the Flashcart.

You only need the T-Connector then for playing DSP games.

so in a few words:

PAL SNES -> NO CIC -> T-Connector -> PAL Game
US SNES -> NO CIC -> T-Connector -> US Game (NTSC)
Super Famicom -> NO CIC -> T-Connector -> Super Famicom Game (NTSC) dunno if it has to be a japanese gamecart, could be japanese and us lockoutchip is the same)

PAL SNES -> No T-Connector -> PAL CIC on Flashcart.
US SNES -> No T-Connector -> US CIC on Flashcart (NTSC)
Super Famicom -> No T-Connector ->JAPANESE CIC on Flashcart (NTSC) dunno if it has to be a japanese CIC, could be japanese and us lockoutchip is the same)

DSP Games on Flashcart -> Always use T-Connector with DSP Gamecart in the side
