Does anyone know how to load the SAVE game sram files from the MD-FLASH cart into the xbox(NeoGenesis) emulator and back ?

Or any other emu for that matter...!?

No, they're only meant to be used on the system itself, you can restore the save on the cart to be recognized on it.

AFAIK it isn't possible for it to be read by the computer.

The fact that you use a computer to store the save RAM dumps shows that a computer *can* read the data.
Both DreamWriter and uCON64 do a simple conversion of the save data inside the MD-PRO. This makes it possible to use the data in an emulator. Of course, if the emulator authors in their infinite wisdom decided to use a format for save files other than a plain dump, you need a tool to convert the data. So, retrofan, ask the authors of NeoGenesis what format they use for save RAM files.
