Hi Tomy,
I have a question regarding DRAMs in GDSFs memory pack extension. I want to make one (64Mb version), but I don't know exactly which DRAMs could be used. I sacraficed my 16Mb extension (4 x 8bit 4Mb DRAMs), just to make a pinout, then I re-built it using four 4bit DRAMs FPM from other manufacturer to check if it would work, and it worked. Now I want to make a 64Mb memory pack, but 16Mb DRAMs required for it are in few different types - FPM and EDO, both with 2k or 4k refreshing, now which I need to use ? I would be really greatful if you could tell me what DRAMs you have in your 64Mb memory extension, or just tell me from which manufacturer and what code do they have. |

You can use NEC 4217400-60 or SIEMENS HYB5117405BJ-60 or HYUNDAI GM71C17403CJ6 |

Would this work well with the two 16Mb DRAM cards in an SF3? Games I keep loaded usually get corrupted once I reset the SNES and I'm guessing some wild voltage shift is to blame. |

They are the same RAM boards, so I wouldn't see why not. |
