Just got my SuperFlash card and programmer. I bought a 2m USB and 2m Data cable. Plugged everything in, set Parallel port to EPP but my computer can't see the programmer. I tried the software at this site and I also try ucon64.

ucon64 says this:
Using I/O port base address: 0x278
Send: 1311232 Bytes (10.0039 Mb)

ERROR: Super Flash flash card (programmer) not detected

So I have no idea what to do. I will try another computer now..

One question, must I have a CIC chip in the card to work or not?

This happens on the software:

I tried it on the SNES and the two games that it comes with already work.

didekmiu_,

I think because your parallel cable is not the right one.
You need switch box extension cable, 25 pins to pins straight cable.

Thank you it works now I bought a "Serial Cable 25M->25M".

Also, is there any info on the Super64Flash Cart? I see there is software for it available, but where is the hardware? I would be interested in buying one.
