If your technical skills suck, you may not like even using the FDSLoadr, you need to run a DOS system for it. |

I built the cable which I'd sell to you but I can't guarantee it will work for you, I myself can't get it to work.
I also started a FDS reader/writer project which I think will have better accuracy than FDSLoadr if you're interested. It will just need a parallel cable and a special FDS bootdisk. I don't condone using it to pirate disks though so I may leave out the writing part if I sell it. |

Post me an offer in the other thread please. I'm not dying to make a sale, I just have way too much stuff and would like to slim down the collection if the price is right. |

i dont know, $50 ? I mean, if you can't get it to work, what good is it to me?
I would love to use it with an actual FDS system to back up disks and such |

That's a good offer, are you absolutely sure you want it? I don't want an unhappy customer so I must warn you that it doesn't make archival/preservation quality images of disks; as said in this thread, the ".fds" format is flawed, so while you may be able to backup disks to play in an (old) emulator, it won't be good for whenever the next-generation FDS format becomes widespread. FDSLoadr also cannot write disks without a modified drive and I'm not sure if anyone has gotten disk writing working with the mod described in this thread or if it only works with the FDSLoadr author's mod. |

if it at least worked with the FDS RAM adaptor and allowed me to play FDS games streamed off of my PC, I want it. |
