Getting a PCI Parallel card to work on a new PC??

I just got a new PC without a Parallel port built in and I've got two PCI Parallel cards and I can't seem to get either of them to work with my SuperFlash cart. It used to work on my PC that had an onboard Parallel, but for some reason I can't get my PCI Parallel cards to go into EPP mode...any suggestions?

I can't find any PCI cards that have any kind of Windows XP configuration support, and I've tried using DosBox to configure the cards, but no luck.

What LPT port should I use, etc as well?

It took me like literally 12 hours to get mine set up...
But it was totally worth it! Also once you get it set up, all the other Tototek flash carts will work too!

The fifth post in this thread might help:
It is pretty much the only guide to this, maybe it could be stickied?
