I'm very sorry, I know this has been asked before, but I can't find it now that I'm looking for it.
I finally aquired an old 166MHz running Win98SE, and by using the Dream Writer software, I can now successfully burn games.
However, I can only have one on the cart at one time, burning multiple games just freezes dream writer. Perhaps if I left it longer, but I began to question it after 15 minutes of no progress.
I something potentially broken? Or should I just give this old geezer more time to write?
EDIT: Oh yes, as a second problem, the cart produces a low saw-tooth sound, like an electronic buzzing. I have tried this with a few different ROMs, and it happens on all of them. Real game cartridges do not do this. |

It sounds like you have not setup the multi game menu in options. I can't remember the filename at the moment. Go into options - the cogs icon and have a look in there. If the multi game meni is not setup then the first game runs and thats it. |

Thanks for the response, Mr.Cheese.
Sadly, that is not my problem=(
The option points to C:\Program Files\TOTOTEK\DreamWriter(genesis)\MDPACKU4.BIN
It's not that it will only write one of the games that I have selected, it's that dreamwriter will hang if I attempt to write more than one game. |

Try ucon64 instead. That's what I use.
http://ucon64.sourceforge.net/
Don't forget to get the front-end, uf, as well. That's a little further down the page. |
