So after unwrapping it and connecting it, it all worked Flawless.

i placed the flashcartridge in a addams familly case, so that's nice protected (i ordered the cartridge with CIC 161 chip, it's a pitty it didn't came with a socket so i could remove the chip and placed another one in it)(it came soldered on the cartridge) So the first thing i did was testing PAL games with JAP and US al togheter.

Games in Test:

Donkey Kong Country (PAL)
Prince Of Persia 2 (US)
Rockman X (JAP)

Well Conclusion -> The all worked without a problem Smile

(I did tested Megaman X3, but it gives errors on boot and a black screen after the capcom logo, so i will use my original if i want to play megaman X3 Very Happy )

So

Post your NON working games in the other thread i started.

Now Let's Roll the N64 kit out!!!

Did the flash cart fit inside a SNES case or a Super Famicom case? I hope it fits in a SNES case because my original SNES died and I only have a redesigned SNES, which I want to keep in mint condition and therefore do not want to mod by tearing out the plastic nubs in the cart slot.

Once a few more people get their flash carts and post good reviews, I am going to buy one for myself.

It fits in a PAL SNES case (same as JAP case).

You have to cut a very little inside the case.

And in a case it's way safer to use the cartridge Very Happy

Rockman/Megaman X2-3 obviously will not work because of the flash cart's lack of a C4 ASIC...

DjoeN, did you connect an original cart with the C4 chip to the T-connector when you tested Mega Man X3?

So I guess my question now is:
Is it possible for the flash cart to fit inside a USA SNES case?

Is there any chance that you can post pictures of this? I want to know exactly what needs to be cut.

My SuperFlash Cart just came in today. Can't wait to test it out!
I'll post any significant information that might be useful.

Sorry it don't come with socket. Because if it come with socket, then it can't fix on original case. (no space)

I desoldered the chip and placed a socked in it with the chip in the socket to test it, anyway, chip is soldered back in it's place Smile

You could always socket it and wire the socket, not solder.
