I can really use one for my new duo.. is there any stock.. tomy?
Or do you plan to make some available soon? New production run?

This will work on a PAL TG-16 from England, right?

Yes it can work with a PAL TG16, that's pretty much the same thing as a US TG16.

When you flash the cartridge you select what region your machine is from. The difference between US and JP cards is just swapping some data lines around.

The way I understand it is they took the US NTSC TG16 and stuck a controller on it (Z80 based from reports) that halts everything after the last line of the display for enough lines to make up the difference between PAL and NTSC. Because of this, PAL systems see no speed advantage like all other consoles (PAL Genesis has MUCH greater access to vram than the NTSC Genesis, allowing faster screen updates... similarly for SNES). In fact, it causes some games trouble because of the time spent doing nothing. Many people just get an NTSC TG16 and count on their new TVs to handle the 60Hz timing, or get a converter to put on the video output.

I have a few CRT's that can do 'PAL 60' rgb video, but would need to mod a NTSC TG16 to output that as well. Might be better off to go straight to a duo-r modded system then.
