Hi,
I can't dump the SRAM from any other cart than Tigersoft's.
For example, with Mariokart, I can get a dump, but it's not a good SRAM dump. Similarly, if I try to upload the SRAM to the Mariokart cart, I experience the same problem.

Howerer, ROM dumping worked with every cart I tried so far, and SRAM dumping/writing works well with the flash cart. I use Super Flasher v2.34.

Any clues ?

The current Super Flash programmer has a bug that does not allow you to dump SRAM from any HiROM cartridge. And Mario Kart is such a HiROM cartridge. You should be able to read from/write to the SRAM of LoROM cartridges like Super Mario World, Zelda, and others.

Thank you JohnDie, I just tried with Super Mario World and that worked.

Does Tototek plan to do anything about the issue with HiRom games ?
Is it possible to correct this bug with a new version of the Super Flasher software ? or does it require to reprogram the CPLD ?

It's not a bug of the software, it is indeed a missing feature in the programmer board itself. I don't think that reprogramming the CPLD helps as there seems to be a control line missing on the cartridge connector. I don't know if that signal is hard-wired or passed through the CPLD. I hope there will be an updated programmer soon.

Yes, or at least a mod to the current model.

I keep hoping for a newer, bigger, better flash cart and programmer altogether. 128mb with multiple saves per cart would be fabulous.

[quote="Doctor_Backup"]um... I think the power supply of your MD flashcart should be set to 12 V with 1000 MA so your MD flashcart would work and run faster with more reliability Wink[quote]
