That's simply an NES clone (it only gets power and controller data from the SNES). Kind of like the Super Gameboy.
NES games will still require an NES cart. |

ok, then a console clon of nes, with flash memory programmable for mounting roms of nes (for TV). |

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but it is not for sale yet. He wants to mass produce them but has not found a partner yet to help him do so.
