That's simply an NES clone (it only gets power and controller data from the SNES). Kind of like the Super Gameboy.

NES games will still require an NES cart.

You would still have to be able to emulate all the mappers, which is amazingly complex, and has been the major reason there is no universal NES flash cart yet.

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but it is not for sale yet. He wants to mass produce them but has not found a partner yet to help him do so.
