inserted into a NTSC GD SF7 that is inturn pluged into a pal console? I ask this because I live in the uk and wish to buy a SF7 from tototek but have noticed they are NTSC - now I know I can take a CIC out of a pal cart and install it in the sf7 and I know I could open the SNES and cut pin 4 of the chip but firstly I dont want to open up a SF7 I have just buy, and second I dont have any gamebits to open SNES. I have already tried the heat up a pen tthng and killed about 8 pens trying to get this to work with no luck !!! and if I buy a SF7 I wont have enuff money left for a gamebit to open my SNES. Peeps please advise.
