Anyone came across that memory board? It's definitely for a Game Doctor as the pins and notch line up. I'm thinking it's a memory extension for the GDSF or GDSF2.
The name GD-2M would suggest it's a 2MB or 16 Mbit RAM board so it would mean each IC is 1MBx2Bit if such DRAM configuration exists.
The ICs are either I92542BH (High?) or I92542BL (Low?).
I93035 is most likely the memory controller.
I couldn't find any datasheet on IODATA but it seems to be a JAPANESE company.
