Hi guys,

It was a real blessing to find the Tototek! forums, as I imagine I'll be buying various N64 back-up units in the future, and it's good to have a place to trade and discuss retro game devices.

I had completely forgotten that different regions use different power cord connectors, which a prospective seller reminded me of.

I'm just wondering whether the CD64, V64, V64jnr. or Z64 copiers were ever created with Australian power cords. I know that the CD64 was made with US cords and European cords, and I also know that there was an Australian distributor of the copiers at one point, which makes me think that there was indeed an Australian version made of at least one of these machines. Does anyone have any idea which countries these were localised for?

Any info appreciated.

Cheers,
Franklint

Just use a power converter plug, DealExtreme sells them. You may need a stepdown converter, too.

Hey, thanks for the response. While I'm aware that it is quite easy to get hold of power adaptors to make the copiers fit into my socket, and this is what I have been planning to do for some time, if there was ever an Australian version made, it might be nice to try to get hold of this one, more as a curiosity than for any practical reason.

However, thanks for the advice. I'll definitely look up DealExtreme if I end up getting a foreign version.

Cheers,
Franklint
