Since the Gamestation is basically a SNES + GDSF7 + CD7 in one unit, is it capable of 128mb RAM just like a GDSF7?

Probably, but they are pretty uncommon to find nowdays that I don't know if you'll find a definitive answer without finding one yourself and trying. But from what I heard they used cloned SNES hardware that had issues that made them significantly less than using a real console. But that's just what I've heard.

I have a chance to buy one so that's why I wanted to know. Does it use some sort of NOAC architecture like every other clone or...? |

I remember a guy added dram on Gamestation. So, sure it can add dram. But it is not easy for normal people. The guy is from cherryroms forum, you may find his post there. He post it long time ago.

The RAM is soldered and there are only two sets of pads, each 16M. I think they're arranged as two 2M x 8 bit occupying both "slots" (instead of two 4M x 4 occupying one). MAYBE 8M x 8 come in the same package/pinout, but more likely you'll have to do some 30AWG wiring.
