While messing around with my Super Magicom, plugged a SNES Game Genie, added codes and loaded a game from a floppy. The super Magicom worked great with codes and all, just like if it was a cart.
Are most copiers compatible with these devices?. I'm wondering if it may work with Pro Action Replay too

You'll just have to try and find out. Though you should have any code enable switch set to disable until you actually start playing the game to avoid any problems.

They should, though most of the later models had their own built-in cheat code system which negates the needs for such a device.

Usually it's Goldfinger/Game Genie type codes though. Not Action Replay/RAM codes.
